Crota’s End Raid Exotic

Necrochasm Exotic Auto, Destiny 2

Necrochasm

The Raid Exotic is the Necrochasm Auto Rifle. Its Exotic traits are the following:

• Cursebringer: Precision final blows with this weapon trigger a Cursed Thrall explosion. Final blows with Cursed Thrall explosions refill the magazine.
• Desperation: Reloading after a precision final blow or a final blow with a Cursed Thrall explosion increases your rate of fire and improves stability and aim assist.

Crota’s End Raid Armor: Age of Triumph

Like every other raid in Destiny 2, Crota’s End features one armor set per class.

Crota’s End Exotic items

Finally, raids in Destiny 2 also feature two to three exclusive items, including Exotic Sparrows, Ships, Catalysts, shaders, etc. Crota’s End features the following items:

• The War’s Lament Exotic Ship
• The Warped Rachis Shader
• A Catalyst for the Necrochasm

The raid also offered an exclusive emblem for those who managed to beat it on Contest mode within the first 48 hours of the raid:

Is Crota’s End farmable?

Crota’s End can be partially farmed with Spoils of Conquest. Once you have defeated the final boss, you’ll see a chest appear. There, you can use your Spoils of Conquest to purchase weapons and armor.

Also, whenever Crota’s End is the featured raid of the week, it can be farmed for unlimited loot, including its Exotic! All you’ll need is a committed Fireteam and a couple of hours to spare. This is how you can farm it:

1. Go through the raid on your first character until you reach the encounter you want to farm.
2. Start the encounter and wipe (i.e., die without beating it).
3. Ask your Fireteam to wait. Change characters and log into a character that hasn’t run the raid that week.
4. On that second character, join again your Fireteam.
5. Wipe again. Now your second character has the proper checkpoint.

And that’s it. You can now farm that encounter ad nauseam until reset! To continue farming, you need to:

1. Launch the raid using your second character (the one that is holding the checkpoint).
2. Change characters and rejoin your Fireteam on your first character.
3. Complete the encounter for loot.
4. Exit the raid , switch characters again, and repeat Step 1.
