What about Pit of Heresy and Shattered Throne?
respective drops, with Shattered Throne dropping weapons from the Dreaming city, and PoH dropping items from Altars of Sorrow on the moon
Kings Fall and Vow of the Disciple redirect to the vault of glass page instead of the correct ones, Duality redirects to the Prophecy page and Grasp of Avariec sometimes works correctly and sometimes redirects to the Eververse page.
