How good Ros Arago IV
Ros Arago IV quickly became one of the most popularly used Auto Rifles in the game, mostly because it could roll the rare perk Onslaught. Onslaught is most definitely strong. Every time you get a kill, the weapon’s rate of fire increases by up to 3 times. This makes Ros Arago IV a prime candidate for shredding hordes of enemies in PvE, and a solid selection in PvP duels as well.
That said, Ros Arago IV is a gun that massively improves if you can consistently get Destabilizing Rounds on your weapons through Fragments or Exotics. However, if this isn’t possible, Ros Arago is simply mediocre.

Ros Arago IV God Rolls and Perk Pool
The Ros Arago IV Void auto rifle can roll with the following perks:
- Perk 1: Repulsor Brace, Slickdraw, Subsistence, Dynamic Sway Reduction, Permeability, Rewind Rounds.
- Perk 2: Onslaught, Under-Over, Attrition Orbs, Surrounded, Golden Tricorn, Deconstruct.
- Origin Trait: Wild Card.

- Barrel: Arrowhead Brake
- Magazine: Accurized Rounds
- Perk 1: Rewind Rounds
- Perk 2: Onslaught

For the barrel, you want Arrowhead Brake to reduce recoil and improve handling. This will help with your aim as you hold down the trigger. For the magazine, go with Accurized Rounds to increase the weapon’s range.
For the perks, you want Rewind Rounds and Onslaught in perk columns 1 and 2, respectively. Rewind Rounds will restore the magazine with 60% of every round that hits an enemy upon depletion. This will reduce the time you spend reloading so you can focus on shredding enemies. Onslaught is the show’s real star here, with each kill granting you increased firing speed up to three tiers. This unique perk is truly OP and can make this gun feel almost like a Trace Rifle when the perk is stacked three times.
Overall, the combination of Rewind Rounds and Onslaught and the origin Trait Wild Card makes Ros Arago IV an incredibly effective crowd controller in PvE.

In PvP, Ros Arago IV is also a solid option. However, the perks you will want for your Crucible god roll are slightly different.
We will keep the same barrel and magazine, Arrowhead Brake, and Accurized Rounds. Arrowhead Brake will reduce your recoil and bump your stability, while Accurized Rounds will allow you to initiate engagement in duels from a greater distance.
In column 1, you want Dynamic Sway Reduction to buff your accuracy and stability as you unload on your opponent. In column 2, you want the fabulous perk Onslaught. This will enable you to defeat one opponent and immediately start your next engagement with an increased firing rate. If you are rocking a Void subclass, you may also find Golden Tricorn effective, as defeating opponents will buff your overall damage in addition to your Void melee and grenade abilities.

Ros Arago IV was introduced at the start of Destiny 2’s 23rd season, Season of the Wish.
