by | Mar 18, 2024

Apotheosis Veil is one of the handful of Exotics that received significant buffs with the release of Season of the Wish (S23). The updates always looked good on paper, but now that we’ve got our hands on it, we can confidently say that Apotheosis Veil is now top-tier.

Today, we’ll go through acquiring this Warlock Exotic and put together one of the best Warlock builds in Destiny 2.

How to get the Apotheosis Veil Exotic

As an Exotic from Year 1 of Destiny 2, Apotheosis Veil can be acquired as a random Exotic drop. The best and most efficient farming methods are:

In parallel, you should visit Xur every weekend and purchase his Fated Engram, as they, too, work on a knockout system and will always reward you with an Exotic you don’t already have. We cover Where is Xur here.

Strategy & Gameplay Loop:

This is a very basic setup and does not require much to get going.

1️⃣ Simply cast your super and enjoy 8 whole seconds of near-instant cooldowns.

2️⃣ When paired with a demolitionist weapon, toss your grenade then fire the weapon, and by the time you have, the grenade will have returned.

3️⃣ If you are using this in tandem with others, have the well caster use theirs first before anyone else to get maximum utility.

Before you go…
