How good is No Feelings
Only outclassed by the Guardian favorite Doom of Chelchis, No Feelings is a great entry for Precision Frame Scout Rifles. It doesn’t lean as hard into the Arc side of its make-up as you’d expect, but it still carries top-tier perks worth having on this weapon type.
Perks such as Rolling Storm and Voltshot in the first slot can be partnered to great effect with explosive perks or damage dealers to make sure No Feelings packs a punch.
Not a bad shout for PvP either; No Feelings is the type of workhorse that Guardians love to carry. Perks like Box Breathing add that damage element to ensure lanes stay locked down and zones are safe from anyone brave enough to cross their sights. No Feelings is A-Tier for PvE and A-Tier for PvP.

No Feelings PvE god roll
| PvE Roll: All-Around | |
|---|---|
| Barrel | Arrowhead Brake |
| Magazine | Flared Magwell |
| Perk 1 | Voltshot (also good: Rolling Storm) |
| Perk 2 | Meganeura (also good: Explosive Payload) |
| Masterwork | Reload Speed |
Up there as one of the best Precision Scout Rifles in Destiny 2, No Feelings is one to go on the hunt upon its return to the game.
Start with Arrowhead Brake for the added Handling and Recoil control. This keeps the recoil vertical and the weapon feeling snappy. Flared Magwell then boosts Stability and the essential Reload Speed, which pairs perfectly with the first powerful perk, Voltshot.
Reloading upon kill ensures that your next shots are overcharged, which applies Jolt, a powerful chain lightning blast that can also damage surrounding enemies to the target. Meganeura then doubles the blast damage by applying a scaling explosion of power dependent on the number of precision hits. This creates a perfect combination with this weapon.
Explosive Payload is a solid replacement for its added explosive damage and stun on tougher targets.
No Feelings PvP god roll
| PvP Roll: All-Around | |
|---|---|
| Barrel | Arrowhead Brake |
| Magazine | Steady Rounds |
| Perk 1 | Rapid Hit (also good: Keep Away) |
| Perk 2 | Box Breathing (also good: Explosive Payload) |
| Masterwork | Stability |
Rapid Frames usually take the cake when it comes to PvP, but No Feelings has great potential when it comes to locking down areas of the map and being untouchable from long ranges.
Starting with Arrowhead Brake to control recoil and Steady Rounds for a large boost to Stability ensures No Feelings is incredibly stable during fire and easy to control in a gunfight while managing incoming fire.
Rapid Hit takes the first perk slot as it rewards Stability for an accurate hand. Adding 25 Stability at the maximum 5 stacks with added Reload Speed, this ensures No Feelings will never be without ammo for long and will fire with laser-like precision. Finish off with Box Breathing for an easy-to-activate damage buff for aiming down sights. This can ensure no escape when the crosshairs are locked on.
