Found Verdict has been a fan favourite since the initial launch of Vault of Glass in Destiny 1. With the reprisal of the raid, and the perks available on the weapon, not much has changed.

How good is Found Verdict?
While the Found Verdict and Aggressive Frame Shotguns, in general, have seen better days, the revamped mod system and the loss of Quick Charge have caused them to drop off significantly.
That being said, it is still one of the best available and can still be viable by using certain exotic armor pieces.

Found Verdict PvE god rolls
PvE Roll: All-Around | |
---|---|
Barrel | Barrel Shroud (also good: Corkscrew Rifling) |
Magazine | Assault Mag |
Perk 1 | Auto-Loading Holster |
Perk 2 | One-Two Punch |
Masterwork | Handling |
We Recommend Barrel Shroud due to the extra handling it gives to allow for the faster weapon swaps in PvE; however, Corkscrew Rifling is also a valid option as it provides slightly less Handling but also a slight Boost to Range. We also recommend Assault Mag due to the increased rate of fire, allowing for higher burst damage output.
Auto Loading Holster in Perk 1 is recommended due to the automatic reload meaning you can keep up damage with another weapon.
One-Two Punch is the recommended perk in Slot 1. This is because Aggressive Frame shotguns in PvE aren’t generally the best. When paired with One-Two Punch and things like Strand Titan or Liar’s Handshake Hunter, they are capable of some of the highest damage output in the game.
Found Verdict PvP god rolls
PvE Roll: All-Around | |
---|---|
Barrel | Rifled Barrel (also good: Corkscrew Rifling) |
Magazine | Accurized Rounds |
Perk 1 | Slideshot |
Perk 2 | Opening Shot |
Masterwork | Range |
We recommend Rifled Barrel due to its extra range. Although it is only a 0.14m increase from Corkscrew Rifling, that can be the difference in PvP between a one-shot kill and having to follow up with a melee.
Rifled Barrel is also only recommended when paired with a Handling exotic such as Ophidian Aspects or Dragons Shadow due to the reduction in handling. If you would rather use your exotic slot on something else, Corkscrew Rifling would be the recommended option.
How to get the Found Verdict
Found Verdict can be found in the Vault of Glass Raid, specifically from the Conflux, Oracles, and Gatekeeper encounters, or by using Spoils of Conquest at the end of the raid. If you want to acquire the Timelost variant, then that requires completing the ‘Master Glasser’ triumph. This involves completing each weekly challenge in Vault of Glass on Master difficulty. Completing the triumph will give you one initial drop and subsequent versions can be bought with Spoils after completing other runs on Master.
While Bungie has hinted at making all raid weapons craftable in the future, the Found Verdict is unfortunately only available through RNG. You can find the entire Vault of Glass Loot table here.
You can find all of our Destiny 2 Weapon Rolls here.
