Arguably the best Stasis Pulse Rifle when it comes to PvE god rolls and carrying all the ingredients to build a workhorse weapon in PvP, The Time-Worn Spire ends on a high when it comes to chasing down its god roll. 

For PvE, it works the Fire and Ice combination to great effect. Headstone or Crystalline Corpsebloom are both solid perks to choose from, or you can focus on damage increases found within Elemental Honing to pair with the ever-powerful Firefly.

PvP is the same. Strong perks combine to enable you to shred through opponents, and that’s exactly the feeling this fast-firing Pulse Rifle brings. Lonewolf or Zen Moment add excellent target acquisition prospects while Headseeker supports every burst by adding lethal damage. The Time-Worn Spire can do it all and gets a deserved send-off with this refresh. The Time-Worn Spire is A-Tier for PvE and B-Tier for PvP.

Arrowhead Brake is essential to control the severe recoil this weapon comes with out of the box. The added Handling a bonus and makes noticeable difference when paired with the same Masterwork for a +20 in total. Tactical Mag adds Stability to keep shots accurate, and the bonus Reload Speed combines perfectly with the effects of Firely to enable a maximum Reload Speed.

Headshot kills produce powerful explosions and also add enough Reload Speed to hit 100; this ensures this Pulse Rifle can reload and be back laying down fire in an instant. This pairs perfectly with Crystalline Corpsebloom as the Firefly blasts can shatter any Stasis crystal produced by this perk. This can deal massive damage to surrounding enemies and also complement a Stasis-focused build with shards to enhance your Guardian abilities.

Elemental Honing feels like a nice change of pace to add damage in tough situations.

A warrior of a weapon all the way back in Destiny 2 year 1, The Time-Worn Spire can still do the work all the way to the end.

Recoil Control from Arrowhead Brake is essential for keeping shots vertical and controlling fast bursts. Ricochet Rounds push the Range to ensure the weapon stays lethal at longer sightlines and reduce damage fall-off, with the bonus Stability helpful for keeping shots on target during a tense gunfight.

Lonewolf comes in for its bonuses to accuracy and Aim Assist but can easily be switched out for Zen Moment as the flinch resistance it produces can be the difference-maker in a gunfight and will not be hindered if your teammates are close by. Finish off with Headseeker, which benefits every burst. Non-Precision hits increase precision damage, which is the perfect partner to any PvP Pulse Rifle.

The Time-Worn Spire can drop from participating in the Iron Banner playlist. Simple. You can also attune to it to increase your chances of obtaining it when farming the playlist.

Besides the obvious, you can also purchase Iron Banner Weapon Engrams from the Reward Shop, up to Tier 5, depending on your Guardian Rank. During the event, you can also earn rewards through challenges in the Event Home, including Iron Banner Weapon Engrams.
