Destiny 2 Crux Celeritas IV: God Rolls and How to get it

Crux Celeritas IV is on the verge of greatness, but it just gets slightly held back. This does not take away from the fact that it’s a strong candidate for one of the best Rocket Launchers in-game and is a fun one to farm while speeding through the SRL race course.

How good is Crux Celeritas IV

Crux Celeritas IV is definitely one of the better Rocket Launchers. Carrying the Aggressive Frame, as other top-tier picks such as Hezen Vengeance, Crux Celeritas IV sits with good company, with its only drawback being its Origin Traits, which are kill-focused rather than passive bonuses. 

Origin Trait aside, Crux Celeritas IV carries everything you want for a solid PvE launcher, and with its source being SRL, it’s incredibly accessible to all Guardians who need a top-brass Rocket Launcher. Top-tier perks such as Aggregate Charge and Elemental Honing make it incredibly potent when it comes to setting up a damage phase, and supporting perks such as Reconstruction ensure it will carry plenty of rockets to volley at the strongest of enemies. 

Maxing out Velocity in PvP shows it can be an effective Guardian battering tool to enhance its stock.   Crux Celeritas IV is A-Tier for PvE and A-Tier for PvP.

Crux Celeritas IV is a great Rocket Launcher to have in the toolkit, and this god roll gets real power out of it.

Start with Quick Launch for the Velocity Boost, as this helps get the Rocket to its target as fast as possible. Add on Impact Casing for increased damage on direct hits. This is essential for squeezing as much damage as possible with each volley.

The main perks begin with Reconstruction. This perk slowly feeds ammo into the magazine and doubles up as a reloader when out of ammo. The major pull is that it can overfill the magazine to double its capacity. Now pair with the Aggregate Charge perk, which provides a 33 percent damage buff; this makes for an incredibly potent god roll. When this is rolling, each direct hit can cause massive chunks of damage per round.

Crux Celeritas IV pulls no punches in PvP. Maxing the Velocity stat ensures any enemy Guardian will struggle to avoid its blast.

To meet this target, combine Quick Launch and High-Velocity Rounds in the first columns for a plus-20 to this essential stat. We then complement this with Impulse Amplifier and the Velocity Master work, which takes Crux Celeritas IV to maximum Velocity. This ensures every shot fired is incredibly hard to avoid, especially if the opponent is grounded and doesn’t expect it coming.

Finish off with Explosive Light for the chance of picking up on Orb of Power and enhancing this weapon’s damage so even if an enemy tried to maneuver away, the added damage within the blast could be enough to take them down.
