Like all Rocket Sidearms, this weapon performs extremely well in PvE. On top of that, as a Stasis weapon, it features the coveted Chill Clip perk. Also, it is the only Rocket Sidearm with the Air Trigger perk, which grants a Reload Speed buff while airborne and a free Reserve mod. Overall, it is best to ignore this weapon for PvP.

How good is Tinasha’s Mastery?
Like all Rocket Sidearms, this weapon performs extremely well in PvE. On top of that, as a Stasis weapon, it features one of the most highly coveted Stasis perks, Chill Clip. But it’s also the only Rocket Sidearm to roll with Air Trigger. While at first glance it might seem like a PvP perk, it’s far more than that thanks to a buff. Not only does it grant a Reload Speed buff while airborne, but it also grants a free Reserve mod, which is vital as all Rocket Sidearms had their reserves cut back a bit.
In PvP, it’s probably going to follow other Rocket Sidearms, too. By which, I mean, that they’re probably worse than Glaives. They have an extremely low TTK and really only function as a swap weapon, though not a very good one, as each shot only does 50 total damage within optimal range. Safe to say, ignore this for PvP

Tinasha’s Mastery PvE god rolls
| PvE Roll: All-Around | |
|---|---|
| Barrel | Quick Launch |
| Magazine | Tactical Mag |
| Perk 1 | Air Trigger (also good: Loose Change) |
| Perk 2 | Chill Clip (also good: Desperate Measures) |
| Masterwork | Velocity |
Let’s get the easy ones out of the way. Quick Launch will help increase the Velocity and Handling, and Tactical Mag gives us a nice bump in Reload Speed and Stability, while also granting extra ammo to the mag. Velocity Masterwork as your Reload Speed will be enhanced even further by either of our perk choices.
Perk 1 has a clear winner in Air Trigger. Not needing to run a reserves mod while also getting a nice Reload Speed just for being airborne is a great all-in-one package. However, Loose Change is a good alternative, especially when paired with Chill Clip. Speaking of, it’s the clear winner for Perk 2. While some might understandably go with a damage perk like Desperate Measures, Chill Clip’s utility is unmatched, and with such a high mag size, you’ll have more chances than most other weapons to apply it.
Tinasha’s Mastery PvP god rolls
With a weak archetype for PvP and no redeeming perks, this weapon is not worth chasing to take into the Crucible.
