While not the most meta pick, aggressive frame fusions can be a lot of fun, and Tahoma 01 brings it in spades. Not only does it come with a dual AoE roll, but the origin trait is perfect to help clear rooms in seconds.

How good is TAHOMA 01
Aggressive Fusions have always been an awkward bunch. They can’t really hold a candle to the damage numbers rapid-fire fusions put out, and their horizontal spread means most of your bolts will miss if not right in your target’s face. However, that very same spread lets you hit several targets at once, making them niche ad-clear weapons.
Tahoma 01 has a solid perk pool to really let it lean into this; it even comes with a dual AoE roll of Hatchling and Reservoir Burst! Tahoma 01 is A-Tier for PvE and D-tier for PvP.

As fusions tend to be on the clunkier side, Fluted Barrel is your best barrel choice, especially with how low the base handling is here. And as with most fusion rifles, Accelerated Coils is your best batter choice as it helps lower the charge time, which can stack with other CT lowering effects!
Perk 1 has pretty much only PvE options, but Overflow or Lead from Gold are easily the top picks. Overflow doubles your mag for just picking up ammo, and Lead from Gold lets you lean more into Heavy Ammo generation without hindering the weapon’s own ammo reserves. As for Perk 2, Reservoir Burst or Controlled Burst are equally solid options for different use cases. Reservoir Burst will crank the ad clear up to 11, and Controlled Burst is a very easy to activate and solid damage buff if a DPS roll is preferred.

With a weak archetype for PvP and no redeeming perks, this weapon is not worth chasing to take into the Crucible.

The DECATUR 02 can drop from participating in Distortions, with higher-tiered weapons awarded from public events. Distortions are enhanced Patrol zones in which enemies become distorted, making them tougher, more aggressive, and more dangerous. As explained by Bungie, Distortions offer unique rewards:
We’re making Distortions uniquely rewarding by providing a new weapon set players can earn in these new events and, to balance the increased challenge of Distorted enemies, you’ll see higher gear tiers awarded from playing public events.
