Destiny 2 Occluded Finality: God Rolls & How to get it

Lacking a perk or two to take it up a level in PvE, Occluded Finality still holds its own well when it comes to damage dealing. A clear standout weapon for PvP, combining high stats with the most desirable PvP perks makes for a lethal Sniper Rifle.

How good is Occluded Finality

As far as Aggressive Frame Sniper Rifles go, Occluded Finality does leave more to be desired when it comes to the PvE offering. It actually holds great perks but lacks those that would take it to the next level, such as Fourth Time’s the Charm. The Rapid Frame is also more desirable in the current meta. That said, its god roll still has a solid place and will be an excellent tool if called upon. Sporting serious damage perks such as Aggregate Charge, it can easily take chunks off the stronger foes around Destiny 2.

PvP is where this weapon does its best work and is highly recommended to pick up if you’re a fan of hitting headshots. With the ability to maximize essential stats, Occluded Finality is worth the trip into Iron Banner to nab this god roll. Occluded Finality is B-Tier for PvE and B-Tier for PvP.

Occluded Finality Perks and God Rolls

Occluded Finality is an Arc Sniper Rifle and can roll with the following perks:

• Perk 1: Snapshot Sights, Lonewolf, Rangefinder, Triple Tap, No Distractions, Rewind Rounds, Moving Target.
• Perk 2: Opening Shot, Vorpal Weapon, Closing Time, Aggregate Charge, Mulligan Elemental Honing, Precision Instrument.
• Origin Trait: Skulking Wolf.

This god roll starts with Fluted Barrel, which will keep Occluded Finality feeling snappy during damage rotations. Extended Mag does take a chunk from Reload Speed, but this is offset by its later perks. The added magazine size is the most beneficial part.

Triple Tap will feed your Sniper Rifle ammo by rewarding 3 precision hits with a shot returned to the magazine. This keeps Occluded Finality dealing damage longer without reloading. Aggregate Charge rounds off for its 35% damage buff when at 3 stacks, 1 stack per each elemental debuff applied to your target, which should be easily achievable in a Fireteam.

In a solo situation, Elemental Honing or Precision Instrument are solid alternatives as they can apply high damage buffs with a more accessible application.

Iron Banner always seems to bring exceptional Sniper Rifles, and this god roll lives up to that trend. Start with Fluted Barrel to boost Handling, ensuring a light, snappy feel as you get ready to engage. Ricochet Rounds then comes in to add Stability and Range to make any necessary follow-up shots easier with less kick, and the Range keeps the reticle feeling sticky to enemies set up at the back of their team.

Snapshot Sights increases the speed to Aim Down Sights, which can be the difference-maker when traveling the map and enemies reveal themselves in the distance. This ensures Occluded Finality can snap to their heads in an instant for the takedown. Opening Shot finishes the god roll by adding large accuracy bonuses and pushing Range to maximum from the start of the engagement, giving this Sniper exceptional accuracy in battle.
