Mythic Uniques are the rarest and most specialized weapons and armor in Diablo 4. Despite low drop rates, Mythics are the most sought-after items in-game. This guide covers every Uber/Mythic Unique in Diablo 4 today.

As of Season of Hatred, there are 12 Mythic Unique items available:

	Nesekem, the Herald Glaive	Spiritborn	Glaive	►Tormented Bosses	► 400% Damage to Elites ► 200 All Stats ► 464 Maximum Life ► 250% Critical Strike Damage ► 450% Overpower Damage ► Every 5 seconds, you randomly mark a Nearby enemy. Marked enemies are Vulnerable, and your attacks against them are guaranteed to Critically Strike and Overpower. Hitting a marked enemy 10 times clears the mark from them.	Season 6	Mythic

Season 6 Changes

With Vessel of Hatred and Season 6, Blizzard released 4 new Mythics Uniques to the loot tables:

• Heir of Perdition
• Shroud of False Death
• Shattered Vow
• Nesekem, the Herald

Other than that, no other big changes were made to Mythics. The big changes came with Season 5. All Unique items received an update to better align with Blizzard’s current design philosophy. All Uniques, including Mythics, became much stronger and the latter are easier to recognize in-game:

Uber Unique Crafting

As of Patch 2.0.2, the cost to craft Mythics Uniques is the following:

• A random Mythic Unique can be crafted with 2 Resplendent Sparks
• A specific Mythic Unique can be crafted with Resplendent Sparks plus a set of Runes unique to each item.

According to Blizzard, crafting was made to give players “increased autonomy in obtaining their desired Uber Unique.” We can all agree they succeeded.

How to farm Mythic Uniques in Diablo 4

This is how you can farm Mythic Uniques as of Season 6:

• You must be in Torment 1 difficulty or higher
• All Endgame Bosses have a small chance to drop Mythics
• Unique and Mythic Unique items can now be acquired from Whisper Caches, Purveyors of Curiosity, and Tortured Gifts in Helltide.
• Tormented Bosses, Duriel and Echo of Andarial have 5 chances to drop a Mythic at a 1.5% chance each.
  • In total, a 7.5% chance to drop a Mythic Unique.
