While challenging, Uber Lilith was the only objective a player set to reach level 100 could aim for. And to make matters worse, Uber Lilith didn’t have any meaningful rewards worth the effort. That lack of endgame content is why Diablo 4 has struggled so much these past few months.
Season of the Blood (S2) overhauled the entire endgame system with the introduction of 5 new endgame bosses, each with a specific loot table allowing you to finally target farm some of the strongest items in the game.
Diablo 4 Bosses: Season 3
Diablo 4 and Season of the Construct feature five bosses: Uber Duriel, The Beast of Ice, Lord Zir, Grigoire, and Varshan.

Diablo 4 Endgame Bosses: How it works
Endgame Bosses are meant to add more goals, things to do, and ways to make our characters more powerful. These Bosses are Blizzard’s response to the harsh criticism that D4 lacks Endgame content. But how will they work?
Endgame Bosses are available in World Tier 3 and World Tier 4. Each Boss has specific requirements to be summoned, and each has a pre-defined loot table that includes specific Unique Items and Cosmetics (and Uber Duriel has a low chance to drop Uber Uniques!). This guide covers everything you need to know about these bosses.
Diablo 4 Endgame Bosses Progression, Diablo 4
World Tier 3 D4 Boss Loot Tables
World Tier 3 features only 2 out of the 5 Endgame Bosses: Echos of Vershan and Grigoire, the Galvanic Saint. These are also available in World Tier 4, but on top of the added difficulty, World Tier 4 drops Ancestral-level items compared to the Sacred-level items from World Tier 3
Vershan Loot table
Available in World Tier 3 and 4, Echoes of Vershan requires players to complete Grim Favors, which have a chance to drop Malignant Body parts. Once you have enough parts, you’ll be able to summon it.

- Drops the Flesh-Weld Rod Trophy

The Beast of Ice Loot table
Available in World Tier 4, The Beast of Ice can be summoned using specific components that drop from Nightmare Dungeons higher than Tier 30. These resources can drop at the end of a Dungeon run and once you have gathered enough components, you’ll be able to create a key to summon the Beast of Ice.

Lord Zir Loot table
Available in World Tier 4, Lord Zir is part of the Season 2 storyline. However, a harder version of Lord Zir is also available as an Endgame Boss. This Hard mode version requires you to defeat World Bosses and complete Legion events in Tier 4, which can drop the components required to summon it.

Diablo 4 Uber Boss Loot table: Duriel
Available in World Tier 4, Uber Duriel will be the ultimate Endgame Boss in Season 2. It will be the only level 100 Boss (alongside Uber Lilith) and will have significantly higher chances to drop Uber Uniques. To summon Duriel, you’ll need resources that drop from defeating Vershan and Grigoire
