Diablo 4 Boss Loot Tables: Endgame Boss Drops (Season 3)

To say that Diablo 4’s endgame was lacking at launch would be an understatement. Uber Lilith was the only true endgame challenge, and to make matters worse, it didn’t have any meaningful rewards worth the effort. But Blizzard overhauled the entire endgame system, including an evolving system of endgame bosses, each with a specific loot table allowing you to finally target farm some of the strongest items in the game.

Diablo 4 Bosses: Season 4

As of Season 4: Loot Reborn, Diablo 4 features Six bosses:

Diablo 4 Endgame Bosses: How it works

Endgame Bosses are meant to add more goals, things to do, and ways to make our characters more powerful. These Bosses are Blizzard’s response to the harsh criticism that D4 lacks Endgame content. But how will they work?

Endgame Bosses are available in World Tier 3 and World Tier 4. Each Boss will have specific requirements to summon it, and each will have a pre-defined loot table that will include specific Unique Items and Cosmetics (Uber Duriel and Echo of Andariel have a chance to drop Uber Uniques).

World Tier 3 D4 Boss Loot Tables

World Tier 3 features only 2 out of the 5 Endgame Bosses: Echos of Vershan and Grigoire, the Galvanic Saint. These are also available in World Tier 4, but on top of the added difficulty, World Tier 4 drops Ancestral-level items.

🚨 Season 4 Changes

 Note that as of Season 4, all Summoning materials can now drop from random monsters and activities, including Whisper Caches, Treasure Goblins, World Bosses, etc.

Also, all Endgame bosses now drop the following:

• A guaranteed Resplendent Spark per week
• A small chance to drop an Uber Unique

Vershan Loot table

Available in World Tier 3 and 4, Echoes of Vershan requires players to complete Grim Favors, which have a chance to drop Malignant Body parts. Once you have enough parts, you’ll be able to summon it.

• Activity: Tree of Whispers
• Elemental theme: Shadow
• Drops the Flesh-Weld Rod Trophy
• Drops components required to summon Duriel

Grigoire Loot table

Available in World Tier 3 and 4, Grigoire requires players to complete Helltides:

• Activity: Helltides
• Elemental Damage: Lightning
• Drops the Demonbinder Mount Armor
• Drops some of the components to summon Duriel

World Tier 4 D4 Boss Drops

World Tier 4 features all six bosses.

The Beast of Ice Loot table

Available in World Tier 4, The Beast of Ice can be summoned using specific components that drop from Nightmare Dungeons higher than Tier 30. These resources can drop at the end of a Dungeon run and once you have gathered enough components, you’ll be able to create a key to summon the Beast of Ice.

• Elemental Damage: Cold
• Drops the  Skull Torch and Fell Steed Mount Trophies

Lord Zir Loot table

Available in World Tier 4,  Lord Zir is part of the Season 2 storyline. However, a harder version of Lord Zir is also available as an Endgame Boss. This Hard mode version requires you to defeat World Bosses and complete Legion events in Tier 4, which can drop the components required to summon it.

• Activity: World Bosses and Legion Events
• Elemental Damage: Shadow
• Drops the Diadem of the Ancient Helm

Diablo 4 Uber Bosses Loot table: Duriel and Andariel

Available in World Tier 4, Uber Duriel and Andariel are the ultimate Endgame Boss in Season 4. They are two of three level 100 Boss (alongside Uber Lilith) and will have significantly higher chances of dropping Uber Uniques.

To summon Duriel, you’ll need resources that drop from defeating Vershan and Grigoire:

• Activity: Varshan and Grigoire
• Elemental Damage: Poison
• Drops the Smoldering Brimstone Mount
