How good is VS Chill Inhibitor
VS Chill Inhibitor has several standard PvE perks that are great for damage, making it a contender for your heavy slot.
With the new Envious Arsenal in the first column, it immediately becomes a swap-rotation weapon. On top of this, it comes with Bait and Switch as a clear pairing in the second column. However, with options like Edge Transit or the new Bitter/Sweet, some may prefer some other options.
You probably won’t be using Chill Inhibitor all that much inside of PvP, given that it’s a heavy weapon and that there are better Grenade Launchers if you want to use it in PvP. VS Chill Inhibitor is A Tier in PvE and C Tier in PvP.

Quick Launch and Spike Grenades are the standard picks for a small boost handling, velocity, and a tiny damage bump.
Envious Arsenal is an excellent perk for swap rotations, and Bait and Switch, thanks to its activation conditions, perfectly complements this. Using this weapon with a standard swap weapon like Izanagi’s Burden will be very successful. Demolitionist is also a valid option with specific setups, as it allows you to spam many shots in a row, especially on Prismatic.

We want to maximise velocity to make it easier to land direct hits, so Quick Launch, High-Velocity Rounds, and Velocity masterwork greatly aid this goal.
Danger Zone has a chance to improve the blast radius, so if we do miss, Danger Zone can help us do that tiny bit more damage, and Chain Reaction has the chance to chain some kills together if we leave a nearby player very low.
