How good is Reckless Oracle
Reckless Oracle remains one of the best auto rifles in the game, especially with this reprisal. The updated perk pool includes heavy hitters like Chaos Reshaped to push out even more damage, and new additions like Dimensional Shift let it lean even further into its already amazing Void synergy.
To put it simply, Reckless Oracle is two for two on reprisals. Reckless Oracle is S-Tier for PvE and C-tier for PvP.

With handling being rather low here, we’ll want to juice it as much as possible, and what better way than with Fluted Barrel and Tactical Mag. This will make the gun feel way less clunky to move around with, thereby enhancing your time with it.
Perk 1 really has no contest with Destabilizing Rounds in the mix. Being able to combine such a potent ad-clear option with heavy hitting damage options in Perk 2 make this a no-brainer choice. As for Perk 2, Chaos Reshaped or Repulsor Brace are your best in slot choices for letting Destabilizing Rounds really work its magic by way of raw damage boosts or Void synergy respectively.

While handling might be low here, we can offset it to a noticeable degree with a masterwork and mods, so we’ll be pumping range up as much as possible. Smallbore and Accurized Rounds will be our best choices for getting range up without sacrificing other stats.
Perk 1 for PvP will be Keep Away. Not much else in this slot will help you in PvP, and the raw stat benefits can really make or break a gunfight. As for Perk 2, go with whichever damage perk you like best, but Kill Clip or Swashbuckler will be your easiest to activate and keep up.
How to get Reckless Oracle
Reckless Oracle can be obtained in a few ways. Firstly, it can be earned by completing the second encounter in the Garden of Salvation raid. This is the Summon encounter, which is one of the easier ones in the raid.
Secondly, it can drop upon completion of the “Deepsight Signal” quest from Hawthorne, this time as a guaranteed Deepsight version. And finally, it can be purchased from her, but only one weapon per week, so choose wisely! We cover the entire Garden of Salvation Loot Table here.
