How good is Zealot’s Reward

Zealot’s Reward has some very strong perk options in terms of both PvE and PvP.

In PvE its main strength lies in being a viable option for back up damage. In terms of PvP, it has some of the best perks available for fusion rifles, and with it being craftable, no need to spend time farming for the perfect 5/5 roll.

Zealot’s Reward Perks & God Rolls

The Zealot’s Reward fusion rifle can roll with the following perks:

• Perk 1: Auto Loading Holster, Attrition Orbs, Feeding Frenzy, Under Pressure, Subsistence, Lead From Gold, Destabilizing Rounds.
• Perk 2: Rampage, Closing Time, Controlled Burst, Successful Warm Up, Kickstart, One For All, Reservoir Burst.
• Origin Trait: Photoinhibition.

Zealot’s Reward PvE god rolls

PvE Roll: All-Around
Barrel	Fluted Barrel
Magazine	Liquid Coils
Perk 1	Lead From Gold (also good: Auto Loading Holster)
Perk 2	Controlled Burst
Masterwork	Stability

Fluted Barrel is recommended for the increase in both Stability and Handling. Liquid Coils is recommended due to the increase in damage, and Controlled Burst also helps negate the trade off of increased charge time.

Lead From Gold is recommended as it helps with the weapons ammo economy, allowing it to be used for both damage and general play. Auto Loading Holster can also be viable if the weapon is only being as part of a damage set up. Controlled Burst is recommended as it decreases charge time by 10% while also increasing the damage by 20%, making it a much more viable option for killing some tankier enemies.

Stability Masterwork is recommended as it is a stat that is severely lacking on this weapon, and will help with hitting every shot from the burst, making it easier to activate Controlled Burst.

Zealot’s Reward PvP god rolls

PvP Roll: All-Around
Barrel	Arrowhead Brake
Magazine	Particle Repeater
Perk 1	Under Pressure
Perk 2	Kickstart
Masterwork	Stability

Arrowhead Brake is recommended for the increased Handling and also the much needed +30 recoil direction, making it much easier to hit all shots from the burst. Particle Repeater and Stability Masterwork are both recommended as increased Stability makes fusion rifles much easier to use, making the shot spread tighter. When these are both paired with Under Pressure, at maximum effectiveness, this gives the weapon a total of 83 Stability, a significant increase from the base Stability.

Kickstart is recommended as, when activated, it reduces charge time by 20%, while also giving a 15% damage buff. The damage buff allows Zealot’s Reward to kill targets with one less projectile.

How to get Zealot’s Reward

Zealot’s Reward can drop from the first encounter of the Garden of Salvation Raid, making it very easy to farm in weeks that Garden is the featured raid.

Zealot’s Reward can also be crafted by collecting 5 Deepsight Patterns. These can be obtained either through chance drops or one guaranteed per week through a quest available from Hawthorne. We cover the entire Garden of Salvation Loot Table here.
