How good is Forced Memorializer
This Scout Rifle is an interesting prospect. Stats-wise, it shares the same company as other top High-Impact Frames, and with a few perks, can enhance those further. It also has access to perks its competitors cannot grasp, and that could make Forced Memorializer the new leader of the Precision Frames.
Not too hot in PvP, but on first look, the god roll is a must-have where PvE is concerned, as it will be a workhorse when it comes to picking off targets or leaning into its damage perks to take down some tankier foes.
The combination of Bewildering Burst and Ancillary Ordinance is unique to this weapon, and while still early-stage testing, this will be a hot combination for Guardians wanting to bring rockets to their Scout Rifle game. Forced Memorializer is A-Tier for PvE and B-tier for PvP.

Forced Memorializer PvE god rolls
| PvE Roll: All-Around | |
|---|---|
| Barrel | Arrowhead Brake |
| Magazine | Appended Mag |
| Perk 1 | Explosive Payload (also good: Rapid Hit, Shoot to Loot) |
| Perk 2 | Elemental Honing (also good: Kinetic Tremors) |
| Masterwork | Reload Speed or Stability |
| Origin Trait | Vanguard Determination |
Forced Memorializer can pump out large chunks of damage, and that’s immediately what this god roll focuses on. Adding Arrowhead Brake for recoil control and Appended Mag for more shots means it’s all about shot control and more damage potential in the back end.
The main perks start with Explosive Payload. Dealing area-of-effect damage is always great against groups of enemies or just for the added damage when hitting a tougher enemy. This perk can also stagger enemies, which helps in tougher tiers of content. Elemental Honing is the showpiece here due to its potential 40% damage increase for 20 seconds, which is a huge buff with how easy it can be to apply different damage types to targets thanks to things like Prismatic. This means that even for a typically long-range weapon, Forced Memorializer will easily be able to hold its own in close quarters with these big buffs.
Bewildering Burst and Ancillary Ordinance do need to be mentioned here, as they can turn Forced Memorializer into a mini Rocket Launcher. It’s not yet known how effective these perks can be working togethe,r but it is already a very fun and unique combination to look out for use.
Forced Memorializer PvP god rolls
| PvP Roll: All-Around | |
|---|---|
| Barrel | Arrowhead Brake |
| Magazine | Steady Rounds |
| Perk 1 | Explosive Payload (also good: Rapid Hit) |
| Perk 2 | To the Pain (also good: Multikill Clip) |
| Masterwork | Stability |
| Origin Trait | Vanguard Determination |
Other Precision Frame Scout Rifles admittedly outclass Forced Memorializer, but that doesn’t mean it can’t do a solid job. Go for Arrowhead Brake for recoil control and Steady Rounds to keep Stability in a good place, which gives a good platform to build from
Explosive Rounds is a great perk in PvP on this type of weapon for adding flinch when landing shots, and the ‘flash’ from the explosions can make return fire difficult, especially down long sight lines. To the Pain only comes into effect when damage is received, but the added Aim Assist actually means that if you are hit, Forced Memorializer only becomes more lethal during the gunfight.
If a more aggressive approach is preferred, Multikill Clip is a nice perk to latch onto for the damage bonus going into the next engagement.
