How good is Accrued Redemption
Bows have had a hard time fitting into the larger meta of the game. Most of the highly used ones are exotics, which is no surprise given their powerful traits. However, Accrued Redemption has a trick up its sleeve called “Kinetic Tremors”. While most might scoff at this perk, it’s far better on bows than most other weapons as its enhanced version can proc off of two shots! This, in conjunction with perks like Archer’s Tempo or Successful Warmup, means it will take no time at all to get it going, making it perfect to take into end-game content.
On the PvP side, it’s got the coveted Archer’s Tempo + Archer’s Gambit combo, which brings the draw time down to 187ms! This allows players to build more into accuracy without sacrificing too much on the draw time. Even High Tension String, which has the largest draw time reduction and accuracy boost, shifts this a mere 9ms! Bow aficionados will definitely appreciate this.

Accrued Redemption PvE god rolls
PvE Roll: All-Around | |
---|---|
Bowstring | Elastic String |
Arrow | Straight Fletchling |
Perk 1 | Successful Warmup or Archer’s Tempo |
Perk 2 | Kinetic Tremors (also good: Firefly) |
Masterwork | Draw Time |
Since we want to fire as fast as possible, Elastic String is our best friend here, and thanks to Straight Fletchling, we can fully negate the reduction to accuracy that ES brings. Throw on a Draw Speed Masterwork to bump it down even further, and tack on Tension to make it even faster.
Perk 1 has two very good options for reducing draw time in both Successful Warmup or Archer’s Tempo. SW takes a kill to get going, but its buff is greater than AT’s and lasts longer on repeat kills. AT might have a smaller buff but it’s activated on any precision hit, so pick what you feel is best. Perk 2 is undoubtedly going to be Kinetic Tremors thanks to its easy proc condition, but Firefly is a solid alternative if you’re bringing this in for lower end content.
Accrued Redemption PvP god rolls
PvP Roll: All-Around | |
---|---|
Bowstring | Straight Fletchling |
Arrow | Ricochet Rounds |
Perk 1 | Archer’s Tempo |
Perk 2 | Archer’s Gambit or Swashbuckler |
Masterwork | Draw Time |
The only difference between the PvE and PvP roll is High Tension String. Accuracy is vital to making the most out of this build, so using this helps immensely, as adding it onto Straight Fletchling and the Tension mod brings it to 100!
Perk 1 really has no competition to beat Archer’s Tempo. Successful Warmup might have a larger buff, but the kill requirement reduces its effectiveness in duels, so AT it is. For Perk 2, Archer’s Gambit or Swashbuckler are equally viable. AG will make those two-crits a breeze, but Swashbuckler’s max buff allows for a two-body kill on any resilience tier! All boils down to what you feel fits your playstyle best.
How to get Accrued Redemption
Accrued Redemption drops as a reward from the first encounter of the raid, so farming for it will be easier than most others. Additionally, you can earn a Deepsight version upon completion of Hawthorne’s associated raid quest, Deepsight Signal, as well as purchasing exactly one directly from her.
You can purchase more after this, though they won’t be guaranteed Deepsights until the next weekly reset. We cover the entire Garden of Salvation Loot Table here.
