When it comes to getting the best possible gear in the game, the best sources remain Nightmare Dungeons. When looking at the table below, the “Best location” column refers to the Nightmare variant of the specified dungeon.

Note that a Tier ranking was used to indicate how easy (or hard) it is to farm a specific dungeon. As Nearby-Pop-9222 puts it:
The letters are a basic tier guide of what to expect from those dungeons. S is the best with the most straightforward, ease of farming. F is worst, either because of difficulty, running around needlessly, or other issues.
These are the different Tier levels used for our list:
- S Tier – Best: Best dungeons to farm gear. Prioritize when possible.
- A Tier – Great: Great dungeons to farm gear.
- B Tier – Average: Decent dungeons to farm gear.
- C Tier – Poor: Bad dungeons to farm gear. Avoid if possible.
