How good is A Good Shout
While Heavy Cross Bows have been used for damage rotations in the past, A Good Shout has some good viable perks for neutral game and any void build in PVE. While the perks on A Good Shout put it in a small niche, being Heavy does allow other guns like Reckless Oracle to do the same job while also being a primary.
If you enjoy dealing damage to bosses with a Combat Bow, A Good Shout is also out-shined by Opaque Hourglass and Submersion. You can also forget about A Good Shout for PVP, as Combat Bows are not in the Meta. A Good Shout is B-Tier for PvE and D-tier for PvP.

A Good Shout is a single-shot weapon, so you are going to want to maximize reload speed and ad clearing capability. For perks, we’ll be focusing on its potential for ad clear as the perk combinations are limited. The Repulsor Brace and Destabilizing Rounds combo used on other guns allows you to clear a room with a few shots while keeping your health at max. A second option for damage is the Envious Arsenal and High Ground combo, which allows you to automatically reload by shooting your other weapons while also causing more damage while being at a higher point than your enemy.
