Diablo 4’s fourth season, Loot Reborn, is here. Released on May 14, 2024, Season 4 promises to be the biggest update Blizzard has ever made to Diablo 4 since launch. Instead of focusing on a meaty new story and locations, Season 4: Loot Reborn focuses on overhauling the core systems of the game, including items and Uniques.
While here we cover all Diablo 4 Uniques currently in-game, this guide focuses on the new Uniques released with Season 4.
Diablo 4 Season 4 New Uniques
With the release of Season of the Loot Reborn, Blizzard released the full patch notes featuring all the changes planned for the season, including its twelve new Uniques, including one Uber Unique:
Art | Item | Class | Slot | Source | Unique Effects | Released | Rarity |

Tyrael’s Might | Any | Chest | Uber Duriel Echo of Andariel | ► While at full Life, your Skills unleash a divine barrage dealing 98 damage. | Season 4 | Uber
Yen's Blessing | Any | Boots | Lord Zir | ► Casting a Skill has a 40-60% chance to cast a Non-Mobility, Non-Ultimate Skill that is currently on Cooldown. This effect can only occur once every 8 seconds. | Season 4 | Normal
Arreat's Bearing | Barbarian | Pants | Lord Zir | ► Ancients you summon are empowered. Korlic creates an Earthquake that deals Physical damage over 4 seconds when he leaps. Talic leaves behind Dust Devils that deal damage while he whirlwinds. Madawc ignites the ground Burning enemies for an additional damage over 4 seconds when he upheaves the ground. | Season 4 | Normal

Earthbreaker | Druid | Ring | Grigoire | ► Landslide causes the ground to erupt in tectonic spikes which continue to deal 0.6-0.9 damage over 2 seconds. Casting Landslide in this area has a 20-30% chance to cause additional Landslide pillars to spawn within. | Season 4 | Normal
Wildheart Hunger | Druid | Boots | Lord Zir | ► When you Shapeshift into a Werewolf or a Werebear, you gain Wildheart for 5 seconds. Wildheart grants you 1%-1.5% increased damage with Shapeshifting Skills every 2 seconds, stacking 20 times. | Season 4 | Normal
Ebonpiercer | Necromancer | Amulet | Grigoire | ► Blight also shoots 4 smaller projectiles that pierce enemies and deal Shadow damage over 3 seconds. | Season 4 | Normal
Cruor's Embrace | Necromancer | Gloves | Lord Zir | ► Blood Surge consumes Corpses to cause mini novas, dealing damage. Damage is increased by 10% per target drained by the initial cast, up to 50%. Damage is also increased by 20% for each Corpse consumed. | Season 4 | Normal
Scoundrel's Kiss | Rogue | Ring | Lord Zir | ► Rapid Fire now lobs exploding arrows that deal 15%-25% increased damage. | Season 4 | Normal
Saboteur's Signet | Rogue | Ring | Grigoire | ► Casting Flurry has a 15-30% chance to release Stun Grenades that deal Physical damage and Stun enemies for 1 second. Your Grenade Skills have a 2% Lucky Hit Chance. | Season 4 | Normal
Fractured Winterglass | Sorcerer | Amulet | Lord Zir | ► Casting Frozen Orb has a 35-50% chance to spawn a random Conjuration when it explodes. Lucky Hit: Your Conjurations have up to a 50-70% chance to launch a Frozen Orb at Nearby enemies. | Season 4 | Normal
Flameweaver | Sorcerer | Gloves | Grigoire | ► Casting Fire Bolt through your Firewall causes it to split into 3 bolts, each dealing 30-70% more damage. | Season 4 | Normal |
By the way, it almost feels like Blizzard is following a pattern when it comes to the number of new Uniques released per season:
- Season 1: 6 new Uniques
- Season 2: 12 new Uniques
- Season 3: 6 new Uniques
- Season 4: 12 new Uniques
Is Blizzard releasing enough new Uniques?
There were many complaints regarding the limited number of new Uniques released on Season 1 (only 6), especially compared to the 54 Uniques released at launch. But it was unreasonable to expect much more from the very first Season of a brand-new live-service game. Even Blizzard recognized that Season 1 was developed alongside the base game, meaning that very few resources were actually dedicated to Season of the Malignant compared to the development of the core Diablo 4 experience.
While we will never see as many new Uniques in a single season compared to Diablo 4’s launch, we have definitely seen an improvement. Rob Ferguson, Diablo 4’s General Manager, promised as much in an interview with Forbes back when Season 1 launched:
From a management of expectations perspective, when we talk about how the launch of Diablo 4 is the beginning, not the end because we have a live service, that’s one of the things people should think about with seasons as well…The reality is, this is our first season that we built while shipping [Diablo 4] at the exact same time…This is the beginning of our seasonal journey in terms of where we can go from here.
But will we ever seen more than 12 new Uniques in a single season (discounting full-blown DLCs)?
