Ice Kingpacais a Neutral element level 32 boss in Palworld. You can find it and fight it in the Sealed Realm of the Esoteric, inside its dungeon, but you can also buy it from the Black Marketeer.
While Ice Kingpaca Work Suitabilities are nothing to write home about, it remains a sought-after Pal due to its high stats and ability to increase your max carrying capacity.

Where to find Ice Kingpaca
Ice Kingpaca can be found inside the Forgotten Mineshaft, in the snowy mounts in the northwest area of the map, near the Land of Absolute Zero. The exact coordinates of the Forgotten Mineshaft’s entrance are -264, -483, as seen below. Remember that while the map gives you one position for Ice Kingpaca, you actually have to go further east until you find the entrance to the Mineshaft. After walking through its long, single corridor, you’ll find Ice Kingpaca waiting for you.
Ice Kingpaca Location, Palworld
As a level 45 boss, I advise against challenging it before you are at level 45 or so yourself. As an Ice Pal, Fire Pals will be the most effective against it. Also, make sure you have armor with Cold Resist, as exploring the area without it will slowly deplete your health.
