Best Palworld Pals for Medicine Production

by | Jan 23, 2024

Palworld was quickly dismissed as yet another Pokemon ripoff, but the game made it clear it had much bigger ambitions. Guns may be the first thing that comes to mind when talking about the things that make Palworld unique, but the ability to make your Pals work comes close second.

Your base can only succeed if you have the right combination of Pals working there. With 12 possible jobs, you’ll need to be careful when choosing which Pals to put to work. This guide focuses on Medical Production. Check out our Best Palworld Pal Tier list for the complete overview.

What is Medicine Production for

Medicine production is a skill that allows your Pals to craft medicine for themselves and other Pals. As you progress through the game, your Pals will often fall sick, which makes Medicine Production an integral skill for having a healthy and efficient base. As of yet, only Grass-type Pals seem to have this trait.

The Best Pals for Medicine Production: Ranked

These are all the Pals that feature the Medical Production Work suitability. Note that Pals don’t all have the same Kindling Level (the higher the level, the higher the efficiency):

Needless to say, Pals with a Level 4 Medical Production will be the strongest at jobs that require Medical Production.
