How good is Uzume RR4
Uzume is a Nightfall weapon, meaning it can drop at the end of any Nightfall activity completion when it is the featured weapon of the week. This also means that you can obtain the Adept variant of Uzume upon completing a Grandmaster difficulty Nightfall.
Alternatively, you can go to Zavala and take your chances at getting a good roll at the cost of a few Vanguard Engrams.

Uzume RR4 Perks & God Rolls
The Uzume RR4 sniper rifle can roll with the following perks:
- Perk 1: Discord, Attrition Orbs, Clown Cartridge, Lead From Gold, Fourth Time’s The Charm, and Snapshot Sights.
- Perk 2: Deconstruct, Explosive Payload, Vorpal Weapon, Golden Tricorn, Precision Instrument, and Incandescent.
- Origin Trait: Stunning Recovery, Vanguard’s Vindication, and Omolon Fluid Dynamics.

Handling is always nice on PvE Special Weapons, so we have Fluted Barrel as our preferred pick here. Appended Mag is also the best pick, providing an extra bullet in our magazine.
Lead From Gold is the best perk in slot one, as the only place you may want to use Uzume is in a high-tier Nightfall, so Lead From Gold can help with your ammo economy. However, Fourth Time’s The Charm is also okay for ammo economy.
Vorpal Weapon is the easiest pick as it provides a flat 15% damage boost to the weapon against boss-type enemies, but Precision Instrument will eventually scale to be higher.

Handling and Stability are typically preferred on Snipers in PvP, so Fluted Barrel paired with Steady Rounds is the obvious choice. A Stability Masterwork also helps us boost this even higher, and when Omolon Fluid Dynamics is active, we can reach 98 Stability, reducing flinch by 9.75%.
Snapshot Sights is the best option in perk slot one, as it makes Uzume feel much faster and nicer. The second perk slot is a bit of a let-down, but Vorpal Weapon is best as it lets us deal slightly more damage to enemy players in their Supers.
How to get Uzume RR4
Uzume RR4 is a part of the Nightfall loot pool, meaning it follows the Nightfall loot rotation and only appears once every few weeks.
