With the return of Solstice of Heroes comes returning weapons. Among these is the Crowning Duologue Rocket Launcher. Previously underwhelming with poor perks, it returns with some renewed strength, here is how to get it, how good it is, and the god rolls on the weapon.

How good is Crowning Duologue
Crowning Duologue has had a serious glowup since its last iteration. Now, with top-tier perks like Reconstruction, Auto-Loading Holster, Bait and Switch, and alternative options like Bipod and Envious Assassin, It is much better than it once was.
However, despite this drastic upgrade, it doesn’t quite reach the top dogs like Apex Predator due to its poor archetype. Precision Frame archetypes simply are not as good as Adaptive Rockets, meaning Crowning Duologue is naturally weaker than its Adaptive counterparts, even if the perk pool is solid.
Overall, Crowning Duologue is a solid option and is arguably the best Strand Rocket Launcher in the game (which can be good for matching surges), but it isn’t beating the top dogs.

Crowning Duologue Perks and God Rolls
The Crowning Duologue strand rocket launcher can roll with the following perks:
- Perk 1: Impulse Amplifier, Auto-Loading Holster, Demolitionist, Air Trigger, Hatchling, Grave Robber, and Reconstruction.
- Perk 2: Deconstruct, Envious Assassin, Chain Reaction, Cluster Bomb, Bait and Switch, Bipod, and Reverberation.
- Origin Trait: Dream Work, Hakke Breach Armaments.

Quick Launch is the best barrel option here, thanks to the healthy boost to velocity and handling it provides. Given that we are opting for Bait and Switch, having good Handling is key so we can swap quickly, so a Handling Masterwork is nice to have, too.
Reconstruction is definitely the ideal option for perk slot one, but Auto-Loading Holster is an acceptable replacement. Bait and Switch is the go-to for perk slot two, though, as it provides a 30% damage bonus.

Maximising Velocity is important here, so we use Quick Launches, High-Velocity Rounds, and a Velocity Masterwork to give an enemy as little time as possible to get out of the way of the Rocket.
To further this, Impulse Amplifier boosts our Velocity even further, and Cluster Bombs help with some AoE damage to finish off some kills in case our initial Rocket doesn’t score the kill.
How to get Crowning Duologue
Crowning Duologue is a Solstice-exclusive Rocket Launcher, which means it can only be obtained from Solstice of Heroes-related content such as Bonfire Bash. The Bonfire Bash activity is the primary way to farm this Rocket Launcher.
In addition, Crowning Duologue will only be available during this event, so make sure to get your hands on it before it disappears for a year until the next Solstice of Heroes event. We cover all Solstice weapons here.
